Hello, I'm Regan and thank you for visiting my website. Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself and how I began my career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have always enjoyed leading an active lifestyle and I have also enjoyed the training and discipline required to perform at my best, whether in competition or just for recreation. Because of my dedication to fitness, the decision to help others achieve their fitness goals was a simple one. I received my B.S. in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University and I am currently certified through the American Council on Exercise. Since receiving my degree over 20 years ago, I have stayed very active in the fitness industry. I have worked at several very respected athletic clubs across the country as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Ten years ago I decided to branch off on my own and start a fitness business. Regan Rodgers Fitness was born in Seattle with bootcamp classes and in-home personal training. In 2011, I relocated to Park City. I am excited to keep growing my business in this amazing part of the country as well as keep my Seattle business alive via Skype. Yes, really Skype! The freedom technology allows us is amazing! I feel very fortunate because I absolutely love what I do, whether it is working one-on-one with someone or in small groups! It gives me great pleasure to see my clients achieve their goals. I expect hard work from all my clients but I also want to see them have fun. Expect the unexpected when you work with me. You will achieve your goals by not only cardiovascular conditioning and strength training, but with balance, martial arts, plyometrics, isometrics, flexibility training, and nutritional counseling. I am not a dietician, but, I have an extensive background in nutrition and I love to talk about food and counsel people on their diets. Whatever your needs are, whether it be diet, exercise or all of the above, I can customize a program for you. With proper goal setting anything is attainable! When I am not training, I love to teach spin classes, run, hike, mountain bike, ski, snowboard, listen to music, read, hang out with friends, and spend time with my 4 boys, my husband Ed, my 2 sons Eddie and Nate, and my Corgi Bruno!
