Regan Rodgers

Regan's road to fitness began at a young age. Regan has always enjoyed leading an active lifestyle and she has also enjoyed the training and discipline required in competition. Because of her dedication to fitness, the decision to help others achieve their fitness goals was a simple one.

Regan received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University. Since receiving her degree over 20 years ago, Regan has been an active leader in the fitness industry. She has worked at some of the most respected athletic clubs in the country, personal training and managing. Regan is currently certified through the American Council on Exercise.

Regan considers herself to have a more alternative yet fun approach to fitness. Her clients achieve their goals by not only cardiovascular conditioning and strength training, but with balance, martial arts, plyometrics, isometrics, flexibility training, and nutritional counseling. Her clients range from 25-86 years of age and she customizes programs to meet all needs. She motivates her clients to no end and helps them achieve all their fitness goals. Regan believes that with proper goal setting, anything is attainable. Best of all, Regan will come right to your door so you are able to achieve these goals in the place where you feel most comfortable.

Regan takes great pride in staying educated about all the latest fitness trends as well. She enjoys attending a number of clinics and workshops every year. This not only enhances her knowledge on fitness, but gives her the continuing education credits needed to maintain her certification through the American Council on Exercise.
